DAY 6: A 5min workout to get your body longing for more!
Once you fall off the wagon, it's hard to get back onto it. I get it. But what if, all it takes is 5mins a day? Decide for yourself how hard you want to go in these 5mins.
You can reduce the resting time to your level and goals of the course and repeat these circuits as many times as you want as well!
Base 5min for beginner:
30sec on / 30 sec off = do 1 or twice (total of 10min instead of 5), repeat 4x week
Base 5min for advanced:
45sec on / 15 sec off = do 3-5x (total of 15-25min instead of 5), repeat 4x week
