I'm really happy to see you here Tribe. It's a new year and instead of focusing on huge, unreachable goals that we know we won't be able to uphold anyway, let's have a conversation about tools and habits we can build bit by bit to improve our life quality and overall well-being. In this challenge you are required to take action but don't worry: I made every lesson a bite-sized portion for you! 

You'll need to just follow these e-mails, watch the content and write down what you find useful for now. You'll also have the opportunity to do a mobility session and a tiny workout session with me to which you can come back whenever you feel like it after this challenge!
